At Springs Rescue Mission (SRM) we take donations in Colorado Springs to give to those in need. Gifts in Kind (GIK) are those donations, other than financial, which could benefit the homeless person, working poor, family or individual in their struggle to better their circumstances. These items include:
· Food
· Clothing
· Furniture
· Household goods
· Hygiene items
· Baby Care products
· Anything new or in good useable condition
All GIK donations we receive are given FREE OF CHARGE. Everyone in need coming through our doors receives help if we have the resources to give. That's why it is so vital for our neighbors in the community to continue helping with items no longer needed that are still good and useable. For items that are large in quantity or size, SRM has donation trucks and offers a free pick-up service for items you want to donate. SRM's donation pick-up service runs 5 days per week. We always appreciate your ability to bring donations to SRM. The less money we spend on gas, the more we spend on helping people. Thank you for your support!
