Neighbor Base is a network of volunteers, service agencies and partner churches designed to promote grassroots transformation in our community by mobilizing volunteers to assist and empower our disadvantaged neighbors. Springs Rescue Mission recently launched our new Neighbor Base program. Neighbor Base is a creative, hands-on approach to neighbors helping neighbors. It is designed to recognize and utilize the distinctive passions, talents and resources of every participant. Together we can elevate the quality of life for the less fortunate:- Families living below the poverty line
- Unemployed and underemployed workers
- Medically and mentally challenged
- Homeless and indigent
